I am not able to start SLD Data Supplier Bridge.

Have you restarted your j2ee engine using transaction smicm at all in the ABAP stack ?
Administration - j2ee - restart - yes
Please wait about 10 minutes for the java components to come back to live.

It is strange. No errors. It just does not start.
