Is there a possibility to get an overview of all the background jobs in a system, with start condition and period values?
The tables responsible for jobs are TBTCO(Job status overview) & TBTCP(Batch job step overview), you can view this information via SE16 if so desired. Other than that you'll have to live with SM37.

We have like 300 background jobs. So I have to click 300 times to see what the start conditions are. I would like to have one overview.

I see as selection criteria:
JobName
Ln
Job CreatedBy
Status
Start date
Start time Duration(sec.)
Delay (sec.)
Sched. start date
Sched. start time
End date
End time

Do you actually tried this in SM37?? I can't see the "start conditions" (e.g. like event trigger by another background job) and "periods" filter. So that's not possible in my opinion
