PM for tools

Gurus,

Can anyone brief the steps (with transactions) for PM implementation for a prodcution tools/moulds under the following conditions

1. multi customers involved

2. a mould used for multi components for a customer

3. as when the tool reaches the prodcution qty, must undergo PM as per the given no of shots(frequency, i.e, 25000 shots) , a inspection lot and order to be generated.

4. so far, i have created a equipment master for a equipment.

How to proceed further?.

Hi,

As you already created equipment master ...

1.Create MIC - QS21 - To measure any parameter of tool

2.Create task list - Assign MIC with operation.

3.Create maintenance item - equipment (Tool) + task list with inspection details(Inspection point,MIC)

4.Create counter(Measurement point) on that equipment

5.Create maintenance plan either single cycle plan or strategy plan with strategy as performance based scheduling taking reference of above counter and keep cycle set as 25000.

6. Once the counter reading reach the cycle set value..order get trigger once you release that order inpection lot generated.

7.Record result against that inspection lot.

Note - To generate inspection lot do customizing of assing inspection type (14) with order type in PM.
