Hi experts,
I have included a Digital Signature button in my Adobe Form.
When this button is clicked, a pop-up appears which prompts the user to create a new Digital Signature ID.
I need to block this pop-up.
Also, how do i restrict authority to genrate signature only to the users of the current SAP system, i.e., only to those users maintained in the backend.
Many Thanks....
Dhas
Hello again,
I have put some thought into this and:
1) if i remember well, it is the proper behavior to ask for a signature, which the user have to pick (the user can have more than a one signature i guess)
2) you don´t care about the user and generating the signature etc. You set which signatures are valid (the ones you distribute) and the others will be rejected
3) there is a blog about it under SAP Blogs - SAP Interactive forms by Adobe
4) have you found any solution for this yourself?
Regards Otto

Hello,
this is not SAP-related question. You need to check on Adobe sites and look for keywords like root certificate etc. You need to maintain Adobe signatures and certificates policy and I don´t know whether it is possible to directly connect it to the SAP users management. Otto
