We have use user exit in MIGO and is set as per status of Project order,If GI indicator in activity is mark then goods issue done for reservation else error will be given.

What is the purpose to restrict movement type 281?

281 works if you are passing requirement for unrestricted stock and 281 Q works when you are passing your requirement as Special Stock .

So if you want to restrict your users for 281,ask you basis consultant to remove from authorization.
