Gurus,

I am working with both 03 & 04.I am also working with 04 onlyfor some materials.For 04, though i have given 1 in task list it is still

picking 5 for somewhere though i have not created any Qplan with 5 in QA32.When i assign the 1 i am able record results &

usage.Where is the problem.What should i use in Qplan for 04 1or 5?

Hi,

As Sujit Ji said, the inspection type picking the Qplan usage which is you assigned in the img screen for that type.

Check Qcc3>Inspection lot creation->maintain Inspection type>04 inspection type->check usage in 04

If you assign the usage 5 in the inspection type 04 and if the usage 5 is maintained in the Qplan .

so system automatically pick the uage 5 for this inspection type 04

so if u need usage 01 for the inspection type 04.

go to the path.,

Check Qcc3>Inspection lot creation->maintain Inspection type>04 inspection type->check usage in 04

Enter uage as 01.

I am also using 03 for my requirement, will 03 have any impact if i use 1 in QPlan for 04.

No,As 03 uses Routing & 04 use Inspection plan QP01
