Setting Up Organizational Unit Relationship in SRM 7.0

Hi Gurus,

Installation Guide of Business Package for SRM 7.0 has the following task mentioned, as Pre - Req. :

"

USER DATA PERSISTANCE :

The users created for the business package must have a business partner, central person and organizational unit relationship

designated within the SAP SRM System.

"

How to set up this Organizational Unit Relationship in SRM 7.0 ( we have upgraded it from SRM 3.0) . Is this part of BASIS Tasks

or SRM Functional Task ?

Organisation structure created and maintained by SRM functional consultant.

There are Organisation in SRM 700

one is purchasing Organisation structure PPOCA,_BBP cretare ,PPOMA_BBP maintain and PPOSA_BBP Display..

In Purchasing Organisation structure can be mapped ECC Organisation structure i.e Defining comapny code, Purcase Organisation ,Purchase Group , Department.Morever all the attributes must be defined to elp to create a shopping cart like cost center ,product category ,document type ,movement type . every thing. SRM Organisation structure is a back bone of SRM.

:- the All su01 will be assigned to Organisation structure . when you assign a user to organisation structure BP (Business partner and POSITIONS ,CENTRAL PERSONs will be created automatically

USERS_GEN - transaction help one or more users to integrate into purchasing Organisation structure.

and another one is Vendor Organisation structure i.e PPOCV_BBp, PPOMV_BBP and PPOSV_BBp.
