Hello,
PPDs planned orders are not getting transferred from APO to R/3 system, Getting a message "Transaction ready for processing
& waiting ".
How can I proceed ?
Rgds,
Karthi.
Hi,
Probably You can analyze the issue in following Manner:
1. Is your CIF settings active for planned Order transfer (Publication Type - 31)? - Check out in SPRO (/SAPAPO/CP2)
2. Seeting mentioned in above step is Plant specific - So ensure that The Plant from which you are transferring Planned order has correct entries in /SAPAPO/CP2
2. Are you doing order transfer 1st time? - Check out Transactions data transfer is part of your Integration Model (IM) or not. - You can analyze this through /SAPAPO/CQ.
Above checks should give you fair Idea of the problem. Please let us know your findings as well.
Hope it helps.
Regards,
Hardik

Hi Karthi,
Please check whether your IM for planned orders is active and includes relevant materials. Also, check PPDS Global settings for orders transfer to R/3 system. Set this to Always create transfer event or do not create transfer event.
Also, check whether you've maintained Distribution Definition for your APO location in APO customizing. If not, maintain the same.
If these settings are fine, then run CCR in APO. this will give you reason. Also, on R/3 side, run CFG1 and look for relevant cause.

Hi Karthik,
Go to R/3 system and check the Inbound queues, are there any queues which are blocking your queues.
Remove blocked queues and activate your queue and check.
