IBM SAP Sizing questionnaire sheet

As it is said I have few question regarding the IBM Sizing questionnaire Sheet .

1. In the sheet for the initial NON-PRODUCTION SYSTEMS if we provide DEV and QAS inputs how does it is calculating the Sizing for the PRD ( Application) specially the Storage as the storage size for the DEV and QAS will be less as compared to the PRD.

2. If i want to have Dev+QAS on a single box for some Netweaver components does i need to mention that in the Questionnaire sheet or the sheet will self assess as per the inputs.

Is this questionnaire a part of SAP's Quick sizer tool?

No it is not part of QuickSizer tool in fact it is based on quciksizer tool .The questionnaire is available on the IBM site to download . I can use the QuickSizer tool rather i wants to understand the IBM Questionnaire sheet as due to client dependency on this vendor is more.

If there is no body who can help with this tool I would rather to contact IBM representative in order to get this info.
