Problems while giving a transaction attribute to a Method in EJB

Hai

I have a doubt on transactions

which transaction attribute is best one for EJB

My situation is that if multiple users are accessing at the same time , we need to maintain data consistency, so for that what type of transaction attribute i need to set

and also tell me where I get the transaction related pdf document

anybody help me in this regard
