Can a single Trip be created for multiple Employees?

The scenario is there are 30 employees who are going to attend a workshop at a certain destination. Is there a way or a fast entry screen through which a single trip request could be generated/approved/settled for all 30 employees together?

Was checking the same since morning but couldn't find a similar scenario which standard SAP supports.

For our client, we have given the provision of providing the same in the comments field. Here he can enter the name of the person on whose behalf he's raising the request along with his own. But as such there is no provision for Group Booking in a single request.

Hello Muhammad,

It is very practical to have a group travel in corporate sector. Unfortunately, your requirement is not achievable in current SAP Travel Management module. Would be interesting to log this with SAP as a Customer as Feature Enhancement so that this can be available in the next version...may be.
