qa11 / after UD with 100% acceptance, the system says "document required"

I, in tcode qa11, i have made UD for an inspection lot with 100% acceptance. but still at the time of saving the qa11, the system header shows "docu. required" any guidance will be highly appreciated.

Hi '

In control indicator of char/Mic you have used

"Doc.Confirmation : Docu required"

If you set this indicator, additional text must always be entered to document the inspection results during results recording for this characteristic.
