Hi Gurus,
Need help here..
The status CLSD cannot be set on the project because POC is not 100%! --> allthough the relevant progressive act. costs are higher than the prog. plan costs.
What to do?
thanks
Tanuj
Tanuj,
First of all, review your customizing under
Project System > Progress >Progress Analysis > Define Measurement Methods. For the method used, check the value in field Max POC and also the F1 help for this field.
The system determines the percentage of completion (POC) for a period from the ratio of planned or actual costs to the cumulative planned costs. The system determines the planned or actual POC as follows:
Planned POC = Planned costs/cumulative planned costs * 100
Actual POC = Actual costs/cumulative planned costs * 100
The planned costs are considered up to the time of the calculation.
The cumulative planned costs are the planned costs over the whole duration. You use the progress version to stipulate which cost plan the system uses (annual=years dependant or overall=years independent).
Hope this helps
Best regards
Martina
