How to do EWA automatic Email Conf ?

Hi All,

1. Start the transaction SOLUTION_MANAGER.

2. If you are in the Solution Overview, choose a solution.

_ *Here i got a problem:_

In my Solution there are so many systems for example

EWA_Alert

AB1

AB2

AB3

i want to do automatic Email configuration for only AB1 system

Please let me know how to do this?*

3. Choose Edit ® Send E-Mail Automatically.

4. To add an E-Mail address to send your reports automatically, choose Create E-Mail.

A dialog box appears.

5. Enter the required data.

■ You can specify several E-Mail addresses.

■ The E-Mail address is only valid for the selected solution. To set-up automatic E-Mail for other solutions, proceed analogously.

■ The system specifies the rating and the report type in the subject of the E-Mail. The subject row has the format:

, e.g.:

Uncritical (green) u2013 EW_ALERT u2013 XXX u2013 EarlyWatch Alert Report with Graphics

Search for

- "Sending Service Reports by Internet E-Mail"

- " E-Mail Filter (Maintenance)"

-" Map Systems to E-Mail Addresses"

They are located under SAP Solution Manager -> Scenario-Specific Settings -> System Monitoring

Thanks fo the info.

This IMG activity assigns E-Mail addresses to system IDs, in the maintenance view of the table DSWP_SYS_EMAIL. EarlyWatch Alert reports are only sent to the E-Mail addresses which are assigned to the systems.

which tcode I can do ? is it in SE16

Yes, just press the "Execute" button (IMG - Activity) and SE16 is started.
