dear experts ,
The issue regarding storage of process orders with status ORRQ in COPA which gave message u2018ZERO PROCESS ORDERS STOREDu201D .
Was refered to SAP , they replied the following :
The reason why nothing gets archived is as follows:
In the customizing (transaction OAC3)
Production Planning for Process Industries
> Process Data Documentation
> Order Record
> Define Links to Content Servers
the content repository ID 'A7' is maintained for all documents
of object type BUS0001 (process order).
A7 does not exist!
Thus, nothing can be archived.
The process order keeps the status ORRQ.
Please maintain the setting for archiving content repository ID 'A7'.
OAC0 , OACT are the t-codes to maintain it in SPRO.
but the problem i dont know how to do it , neither know which module consultant will be able to do that.DMS or netweaver or someone else.
kindly guide

Hello Satish,
Content repository id can be created in transaction OAC0.
first check A7 is available in transaction OAC0. If yes, please check the connection between content repository and SAP system.
by double clicking on A7 content repository, you will find a button called "test connection".
Please refer below link for creating content repositories.

also, Basis team could help you in creating content repositories.

Hi Satish,
In Transaction OAC3 you have defined Content repository A7 for Object BUS0001, but in OAC0 A7 does not exist. So no archiving device could be found. So please maintain the necessary entry for A7 also in transaction OAC0 and OACT.
Best regards,
Christoph

Hi Satish,
I think the best way would be to go to transaction OAC0 and see the settings for entry A2 which should be present here. Unfortunately I'm not an expert in these transactions either but with the settings for A2 as template maybe you can create the correct entry for A7 too.
Otherwise you can use also the value A2 in OAC3 too.
Best regards,
Christoph
