Setup SL Reporting - Missing customizing step by step options

Hi,

I am trying to setup SL reporting on Solman EHP 1.

In the Setup SL Reporting area I only see Variants Administration options.

The menu tree to create and set up SL reporting is missing.

Can someone give a clue on this matter?

hi,

U need to create one variant for setting up SL Reporting.They are used to manage your Service Level Reporting variants for the current solution.

Click on the Variant Administration. Then enter a variant name, select type and weekday of processing. Then check the Active box. Once u save, u can see the variant created there. The expand the tree and select the variant name that u entered. There u can find the optiion to select ur system and at the right end , an option to activate the SL reporting.

That helped. I was dazzled by an elderly user guide (Introduction to Service Level Reporting, rev 1-2008).
