We used to install NW7.0 (A+J) first, then applied enhp1 on top of it.
Now we try to install NW7.0 (A+J) together with enhp1 SR1 in a single step.
However, even we follow the SAP guide exactly, we do not see at any stage SAPinst asks for the SPstab.xml OR the
location of enhp1 packages. Therefore after the entire install is done, what we get is NW7.0 , NOT NW7.1.
Moreover, even this SAP guide is titled as "install NW7.0 with enhp1 SR1", it even does not mentione enhp1
in its "installation" chapter. So I have the impreesion that R3load and Jload will load enhp1 during the baseline
install. But actually nothing happens.
Could you share your experience about how to apply enhp1 during install NW7.0?
Thanks!
Hi Jassica,
Can we know which dump you have download from SAP market place get sap version NW 7.0 with EHP1
just for your information , EHP release will look like NW 7.01 and not like
NW7.1.
Thanks
Anil

if you are doing upgrade then it will ask for stack xml file. It will not ask for stack xml file in installation of new system.
Have you downloaded all dumps of 7.01 only ?
Also, you can check media list required for installation of netweaver 7.01 on https://websmp106.sap-ag.de/instguides
Thanks
Sunny
Hi,
It should not ask any .xml .
it is like a plain installation as you do for any other SAP component.
below is a location from where you can download the SAP NW 7.0 EHP 1 dump
Installations and Upgrades --> Entry by Application Group --> SAP NetWeaver --> SAP NETWEAVER --> SAP EHP1 FOR SAP NETWEAVER 7 --> Installation and Upgrade
Thanks
Anil
