Ensure files in FTP?

Hi All,

Can you share your experience on following questions:

PI triggers on its own and ensures the files are available on FTP server on or before 6 PM every Wednesday.

Scheduling adapter we can make it and creating the adapter module can possible , i think so. or is there any other way or FTP receiver adapter having any parameters would help us for ensures delivery?

How PI will make sure the data is completely sent to FTP? Is there any CHECKSUM/ other way to handle?

Hi

You can configure ATP for your receiver channel to schedule your cannel to run at 6 Pm every Wednesday.

There is no way to ensure but as Quality of service is Exactly once for File adapters, it is assumed that files are delivered unless it failes due to connection error.

ATP is to be scheduled for the Sender Channel and not for the receiver! You will end up receiving an error in SXMB_MONI saying Channel Stopped by Administrative Action if we stop the receiver channel (as the ATP does when it is not in the active-time duration).

or is there any other way to send another file to FTP for telling filesize? or how many records in actual file?
