Condition Type for discount octroi not coming in ZSOR order type

Hello All,

There are two types of sales orders one standard ZOR and one special order type ZSOR.

In ZOR for a free line item, system is picking up the discount condition type Z106 for octroi. But in ZSOR order type, system is not doing so. Only ZOCT condition type is coming.

We have defined the condition type at sales org level.

What could be the reason for this. Pls help.

Hi,

Pl refer the sales order item level, condition tab under 'Analysis' button, under you can get the analysis of pricing.

The possible reason would be:-

1. The condition record was not maintained properly.

2. Date of pricing is different.

3. item is not eligible for discount.

You can use button Update under condition tab to carry out new pricing.

Pl check and revert.

Z106 condition type was not maintained in our pricing procedure of order type ZSOR.Problem solved by myself.
