Sales Employee without HR

Dear Experts

How to customized sales employee w/o HR. I want to use sales employee as a partner function in sales order header.

What are IMG setting and what are all master records do I have to maintain to get the sales employee into sales order header.

please guide

HI

For creating an employee, required settings are

account group,

number ranges,

assing acccount group to number range,

Partner determination procedure ,

as same we maintined for customer master ,neverthless here we take only one partner function as employee.

And create an emloyee using the specific account group. After creating employee.

Need to maintain in the specific customer master data in sales area view in the partner functions tab page.

Note : The employee partner function shlold be maintained in the partner determintion procedure ,which is using for general customer master(sold to party).

Which standard account group is available for Sales employee?

Also can we maintain user master record for the sales employee partner function.

The standard account group is 0007 , Tcode : v+23,

Yes, it need to maintain seperate master record for sales employee , Before creating employee we need to setup patner determination procedure .

In that partner determination procedure we have to maintain the employee partner function.

That partner determination procedure need to be assigned to account group 0007.
