Some labels and header texts are not displayed

Hi,

how can it be that some labels and table header texts in the production system are not visible? Ok, it can be that the language of the user is not provided there. But then I expect that the default english language will be displayed.

Do somebody have any ideas what to do?

If I log in with the default language english than it' s ok.

Our application is integrated in a portal. So if I change the language in the browser to english then it's also ok.

But what can I do if the user has not english by default?

Is there a possibility that he will see at least the english instead of nothing?

Log in with the original language in which text elements or OTR texts were created and check whether all the texts are appearing there or not ...
