Hi frnz
In RWB -> component monitoring----> i am seeing all the components IR,ID,SLD,IE and AE.
I want to see communication channel monitoring, while clicking the adapter engine, here i find the repeat ping, repeat self test, security, archiving, message archiving and adapter monitoring.
but i didn't see communication channel monitoring here.
i don't know what the problem is? please tell me how to get the communication channel monitoring here.
Thanks
Munna
Hi Munna,
Open channel monitoring with this URL as mentioned in earlier post:
http://<host>:<port>/mdt/channelmonitorservlet
Check whether you used FQDN everywhere in Exchange Profile or not...
Perform a full CPA Cache Refresh also...

Munnav,
Even I had faced this problem earlier. Just reach to ur basis team. They will re install some of the components.
Than I am sure, it will work.
Thanks

This document on VISUAL ADMINISTRATION may be of some help.
Incase the issue is not fixed, this blog talks about controlling Communication Channels without using RWB

Issue with the SP level.
In earlier versions we have the option of adapter monitoring. Not sure from which version CC monitoring in introduced.
Try monitoring through message monitoring.
