Hi dear experts,
I'm reinstalling CTS, tx SE06 -> Database copy or Database Migration, then I proceeded to configure STMS in client 000 facing this error when I click on save:
Could not determine tp profile parameter DBHOST
Message no. TP690
I tried to recreate transport profile from TPPARAM butthis option is not active.
SAPERP 6.0 SR3, Windows Server 2008 R2 and oracle 10.2.0.4
thanks in advance
Hi Jose Luis!
Windows 2008 R2 is not yet listed in the PAM - and hence not yet supported. The technical prerequisites are met (with a special kernel patch) but not all software is released.
In fact, and just to provide you further details it is not possible to expect the 710 products released for Windows Server 2008 R2 before around four weeks; 700 products will be released even after 710.
See [SAP note 1383873|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1383873] ("Windows Server 2008 R2 Support").
You can be always up to date with the latest Windows news at:
[|] --> Support of Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2
Cheers!

Is 'DBHOST' listed under the parameters in the 'Transport Tool' tab for DEV in the System Overview?

I tried to manually configure tp:
Log onto the SAP System functioning as the transport domain controller.
Enter Transaction STMS.
Choose Overview ® Systems. The system overview appears.
Position the cursor on the domain controller.
Choose SAP System ® Change. The screen Change TMS Configuration: System appears.
Choose the tab Transport tool.
Choose Extras ® Configure Transport tool.
Confirm the prompt and distribute the configuration.
getting the same error
