Ecess and HEcess percentage is not flowing

Dear all,

In invoice in condition tab page Ed 8% is appearing in Rate coloumn, but Ecess and HEcess it shows 100% in that coloumn,

But the values are calculating 2&1%, what we have to do for shows 2 and 1% in rate coloumn, where as in other line items in the billing shows 8,2,1(ED,Ecess,Hecess) showing correctly.

Please help me on this,

Are you using Total condition types for excise in your pricing procedure . eg: JEXT - IN:A/R BED Total , JECT - IN:A/R ECS Total etc.., ?

Check condition records for these cond types.

Else

I am not able distinguish the condition types with the description provided in above post.

Still, I want you to check the Condition record in VK12 for ECS Cond type & SHECess Cond type ( not in total cond types).

else you can check in Pricing analysis also, which gives you exact reason whether the condition record is triggered, if found what is the rate maintained in cond record. ( am not talking about in total condition types, check in eg: JCES)

one condition type JEX2- cenvat is not determined in condition tab, but condition record available for this,

because rest of the line items are coming correctly,

- Can you please paste the all excise condition types ( including Total cond types) with clear description.

For Edu.Cess , SAP has provided JECP-IN:A/R Education Cess ( CESS cond type is differs than that of Edu.Cess)

- Check Condition records with key combination for all Excise cond types . ( Make sure, J1ID settings are in line- CENVAT Determination & CHapter Id combination )

- Check Pricing analysis for all these Cond types.

jex2 is not determined basically in the pricing procedure whatever the value is available in ED, it will pick the same.but where as in that scnario its not picking,
