Hi,

You can get a clue what happened when backup was going on by analysing the logs..

1. DB13 Backup log

2. TDP utility log (/opt/tivoli/tsm/client/api/bin64/dsierror.log)

3. Ask the Tivoli storage Manager Administrator to investigate about this issue on particular time stamp.

The issue may be at your end or at Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) side...

so you have to collect information from both end for any conclusion.

Regards.
