I am facing an issue in customization of ESS.
We Have field Area code on Edit page (Detail View) which has standard validations written for it. We have added Custom link on the same page.
Issue Is: On Entering In-valid data in the area code and on opening the custom link error message prompts for the area code instead of opening the link , where as it is to prompt on the action of review button. On Moving back to the Overview page(on action of previous button) error message is carried backward and doesn't allow to entery either in Edit/New buttons.
Validation being part of standard implementation , not able to modify either in NWDS/ABAP end. Is there any way to control it.
Please help us in resolving the issue.
