PIR can convert to STO in APO

Hi Gurus,

I am running DP and with PIR can i create dispatch plan ? if yes where and which module in APO can my PIR convert to STO with dispatch plan to all DC's

I heard SNP can conver or create STO

Please any one can explain me in detailes.

Hi Raj,

You can run snp heuristic at location level. You can do this in

transaction /sapapo/snp01, here under scope of planning, select

location heuristic.

Once this is done, sequentially run deployment (/sapapo/snp02)

followed by TLB (/sapapo/tlb04). This will generate stos.

Hi Raj,

Once you release your forecast as PIRs from DP, if you

have implemented SNP, it will plan your PIRs and

creates procurement proposals as stock transfer

requisitions (based on purchase requisition) if stock

is available at the source location.

This could be achieved via Deployment followed by TLB

in SNP.

Based on stock transfer requisitions, if you run TLB, it

will convert the STRs into STOs (stock transfer orders)

Thanks for your responce. Can i run SNP heuristic at locationlevel?

We have 1 plant and 25 DC's and what ever decided at DP level for sending quantities to DC i need to create STO.

Cn you explain in step by step what i need to do first run and after that how i need to run deployment run and there on with TLB.

It will be really great healp.
