Error while CIFng SNP PDS

Gurus,

I am CIFng SNP PDS and I get below error msg:

Error when calling function module CIF_COCKPIT_START_TRANSACTION: Error code ThControl: illegal sap_dext call !!! / connection

Message no. /SAPAPO/CIF026

The msg text reads: Exception condition "SINGLE_EXIT_MULTIPLY_ACTIVE" raised.

Any idea what this would mean.
