User parameters an user-defined layouts are not used

Hello gurus,

we have got some strange problem here (allthough I am not sure, if it is in fact security-related):

Although we have defined user parameters for a certain user (e.g. EKG, BWE, SAK, WRK), the values given there are not used as default values in any screen.

The same user can create user-defined layouts for certain lists and reports and set the "default setting" marker, but still the layout is not used as a default either.

Any ideas on this?

Hi,

Check whether the users are setting layout as default in

Settings-> layout -> administartion
