RE-FX Contract - Distribution types

Hi All

Can somebody please advise what the Distribution ID will be when you create a contract with LSMW, and you are distributing to either IM (RO), KS (Cost Centre) or IS (Contract). The Contract ID consist of "company code/Contract number", but obviously no contrcat number exist whilst creating a new one.

Your help would be appreciated!

Hi Wimpie,

please check the documentation of the BAPI_RE_CN_CREATE. If you take a look at the part for CONDITION, you will find the following paragraph:

Only for Real Estate Contracts:

A calculation and distribution can be entered here (this is a must for conditions relevant for service charge settlement).

If the contract itself is to be used as the basis for calculations (or the basis for distribution), then it suffices if you leave the object ID fields blank. As a default, the system always adopts the contract itself.

The following identify an object:

1. Business object type

2. ID

Hence, you just leave this empty for a contract during creation via LSMW or BAPI.
