Cannot login to NW AS administration services anymore ...

Hi guys,

I have an administration problem with my SAP system. The login on the NetWeaver Application server administration services (WS Navigator, System information, User management ...) does not work anymore. I tried with the user J2EE_ADMIN but it seems the password does not work anymore.

J2EE_ADMIN was locked due to incorrect password entry before, but I unlocked it in the USR02 table (UFLAG). Then i set a new password using transaction SU01. Now i can login to the SAP GUI but not to the browser services.

Restarting the SAP system didn't help ...

Any suggestions ?

ok, i got the problem solved.

I used the JEE_ADMIN of client 001 to login the AS, but have changed the password of client 002 ...

the error you mentioned says it is credential problem and not authorization problem.

bcoz authentication mean credential problem.

Hello, thanks for the answers,

After giving the credetials the login screen, the window just pops up again ...

In "user management" it says "Benutzerauthentifizierung fehlgeschlagen" (user authentication failed).

My JEE_ADMIN has the roles: SAP_BC_WEBSERVICE_ADMIN and SAP_J2EE_ADMIN

and the profiles: SAP_ALL, SAP_NEW, T-N1820002, T_BA760008

Hi ,

Please check the required authorisation which you have given to J2EE_ADMIN user.you can also login to NWA URL via administrator user.
