Qinfo is How Quality ant to control the procurement process.
like whether the vendor is approved or not .what are quality aggrement if any?
these mignt not be the always requirement of organisation.A procurement process can happen without Q info record also ,but its always better to have it.
It shows that vendor has been approved for a material with rev & plant combination.
