price components not copied to billing in w/o order delivery

Friends,

without order reference I am doing delivery and after that doing billing.But my issue is price component. I have to give price component manually in billing at item level if not possible at header level manually..But system is not accepting.(my price component doesn't have access sequence.)

Someone please guide me in this regard.

Hi,

If you want to maintain price at header or item level,then in V/06

You must select HEADER CONDITION & ITEM CONDITION.

I maintained in V/06 both item as well as header condition.I am not getting any error message.In billing document F2 , When I am entering condition value manually at header level it is not taking both at amount level or condition value level.in Item level it is grey mode.

Hi,

The reason may be data already get compiled.

Go to Condition tab in Invoice at item level or header >>> Click on update >>> Select B (Carry new pricing)

I tested with update also but it not taking, my requirement is when I am creating delivery document without order reference, I should not give price because material document will be generated but it should not be generated. Moreover in billing document I have to give condition type value manually. so any other clue?

hello friend,

Just now I have given price components in delivery it is taking but material document is not generating because it is a service item. But those components are copying into billing document.If I want to give price component at header level , I am getting error message"condition HM00 is missing in pricing procedure A V " , but in delivery document LO, I assigned standard pricing procedure and in delivery also it is accepting conditon values, But that pricing procedure is not copying to billing document.

Plz guide for any clues?
