Object linkage failure for GOA

Hello All

Create a GOA and select any material or product category and hold the GOA and Purchaser realised that the material or product category was wrongly entered by the purchaser in GOA . SoPurchaser have deleted a item one and create a new item.

now goa distribute in to ECC and Contract will be available and you create a SC or PR can utilise contract and create PO no problem

BUT this PO release value will not update.......and you get an error in SRM for BLAREL message

OBJECT LINKAGE FOR GLOBAL OUTLINE AGREEMENT does not exists

What is the solution for this error?

so my release value will never update in my GOA due to the above error..

i aware the object link was created in bbp_pd ...

Any solution / note is appreciated.
