Zebra ZM400 problem

Good morning to everybody

We have just buy a barcode print model ZM400. We created a label with Form Painter SE71. With SPAD we created a new disposition output with type dispo, "LB_ZEB" and type coll. host "U". We did several combinations but the printer doens't print.

But in the printer log we see "Job Information: TCP/IP * IP Address 10.xxx.xxx.xx * LPR * Queue P4 * 804 Bytes"

What can it be?

Not really a Form Printing issue, ask your administrator. First of all, make sure you are able to print directly from the OS. Then try with SAP.
