alerts not working

Hi Experts,

I have configured alerts in Dev system and its working fine, but when we transported the same alerts in QA system, not able to trigger the alerts.

I have done the alert rules as well in QA system under runtime work bench . All the components are same when compared to Dev and QA

Can anyone please tell me what is the issue?

check the transaction SLG1 if the alerts are getting triggered or not..

Experts,

Alerts is being triggered now but am not getting the exact error in QA system which was getting in Dev system.

and also, am getting 2 emails generated for 1 alert.

I have compared both DEV and QA system, all is same to same configured but in QA system am getting 2 emails for 1 alert with different error code.

I am cross checked with the SICF and SLG1. everything is activated.

How can my alert mails differ in Dev and QA for the same error condition?

Hi

For your alert rule.select "Suppress Multiple Alerts of This Rule" check box so that 2 alerts are not getting triggrred.
