Assign Sources of Supply - Carry Out Sourcing Problem in Step 3

Hello

I am trying to create an RFx in SRM 7.0. I am following the below process.

a) Created a Shopping Cart

b) Shopping cart appears in Purchaser worklist for sourcing

c) Purchaser clicks on 'Create Draft' and Chooses 'RFx'.

d) Purchaser checks for the dropdown of the Transaction Type for RFx, the dropdown doesn't contain TEB - Two Envelope...

I have configured transaction type for Bid Invitation under

SRM server->cross applns->trans types-> TEB for BUS2200

I have Configured in ppoma_bbp TEND_TYPE as TEB

Incluive i can create RFX - TEB from create RFX!

Then, Why i can´t select TEB in transaction Type in carry out sourcing?

Please need help.

hi,

The steps what you have mentioned is correct.

a)Created a Shopping Cart

d) Purchaser checks for the dropdown of the Transaction Type for RFx, the dropdown doesn't contain TEB - Two Envelope...

Try to select the TEB in the Rfx and create a RFx --select the Two bidders from the bidders .

If bidders are not there try to create from Manage Business partners.

Just now i have tried it is working.

I think you have not created the Bidders (sources)

Thanks for you response.

But I need that display the type of bid invitation TEB in step 3 of Assign Sources of Suplly to create a RFx with the corresponding positions. I have no issues with bidders.

It is a rare case because it only happens with the new classes created and TEB document, but are added to user attributes correctly. For example, with the kind of document BID, BIDX ... no problem, they appear correctly.

you should apply note Note 1269445 - Hierarchy and Item Numbering Customizing

and insert data in /SAPSRM/V_BOIDEN for new operation.
