Can any body guide me how to map customer returns in sap with stock relevent because when i use 06 inspection type it is not stock relevent i want to stock relevent any config is need please guide me

Hii,

1 . First activate 06 Inspection type in material master of QM view

2. Create Inspection plan with usage 06

3. GOTo Spro>QM.>Inspection lot creation>Inspection at shipping>assign lot origin to delivery type and delivery category.

4. Maintain lot origin and usage in default inspection type

Activate Ispection type for goods movement 651 if required.

Else use 05 Inspection type for Stock relevant

1. Activate 05 Inspection type in material mster

2. Create Inspection plan with usage 9.

3. Maintain req setting in spro--> default value for inspection type 05

4. In spro activate the goods movemnt (655) for quality in the --> Inspection for goods movemnt (Customer return goods movement type-655)
