Error: com.sap.engine.services.ejb.exceptions.BaseEJBException

Hi All,

We recently upgraded to SPS16 from SPS13. Now all our channels in XI are giving the following error :-

Error: com.sap.engine.services.ejb.exceptions.BaseEJBException: Exception in method process.

We have already done the full cache refresh successfully using the URL :-

http://<HOST NAME>:50000/CPACache/refresh?mode=full

The XI Content for BASIS and ABAP was also imported successfully :- XI7_0_SAP_BASIS_7.00_16_00.tpz , XI7_0_SAP_ABA_7.00_16_00.tpz and XI7_0_PI_BASIS_2005_1_700_16_00.tpz

We restarted the server but the error still occurs. Can someone please advise us ?

The issue is resolved after restarting the SAP XI Adapter: File and SAP XI Adapter JDBC services.

try creating new channel..

We have created a new channel. But that one also gives the same error- BaseEJBException

Any other suggestions ?

Try to do a java restart

As mentioned in my problem description, we have already done the restart of server (ABAP+Java). But the error persists.
