Don't deploy and system report error:Could not get information system CE1

Hi， experts，

I create a visual composer according the PDF:

When I deploy the visual composer from the Netweaver Developer Studio to the CE7.1 server, the system report a error:

Could not get information for system CE1. Please check if the system is running. [ERROR: 2010-1-27 17:34:27 /userOut/daView_category (eclipse.UserOutLocation) [Thread[HttpThread_16,5,Http Service Thread Pool]] ]

I have asked the Basis about the error, he tell me he don't config the "CE1" parameter anywhere.

I don't know how to resolve the problem. Do you give me some hint?

Have you added the CE1 details under window>preference>SAP portal and J2ee engine information in NWDS.
