respected all

i have to create a material c08 similar to c01. i have copied all the charactristic of c01 to c08 and mm view also. but when i am doing qa 32 usage decision the system is giving a following error

status check error:

The function you selected

cannot be

carried out:

kindly tell me is there any other configuration than qp01 and mm01

Hi

what is status of he inspection lot created.

is It CRTD

if yes then follow

1.In QA32 check the lot number

2.Go to Qa02

3.enter lot number

4.click on Inspec Specs

5.task list will be attached to the lot

6.click on sample

7.save.

Now if task list is not created then go to QP01 >enter material>date must be prior to that of Creation of Inspection lot.

Usage :5

Status 4

save the task list

Now follow above procedure of QA02

Status of the lot will become CRTD to REL

Now take UD

but sir,i have still one dooubt. the method you have told is manually releasing ,but in production is this the method?? or there is some auto release fuction pls tell.

click on "automatic assignment" in QM view of the inspection type.

Dear mr sujit

the chek for automatic assignment war already there, but as i am going to do qa02 and click on task list and save then system allows me to do usage decision, i think for this there must be some auto check which i am missing.
