Hi,
Getting following messages in Support Desk message.
Header Data Enter a sales organization
Header Data Enter a distribution channel
Header Data Enter an organizational unit (Sales)
How to remove these errors. Kindly suggest

Have you activated the Service Desk BC sets? These generally correct this. The IMG path is
SAP Solution Manager > Basic Settings > Activate Basic BC Sets (read documentation in Performance Assistant for instructions)
