Availability Check excluding stock in special storage location

I have a special storage location, in which the qty is relevant to MRP. But during sales order processing, qty in special storage location should not be taken into account unless storage location is input.

Let say the stock of A is as follows:

storage location 1: 0 EA

special storage location 200 EA

When material A and order qty 10 are input in SO, without entering storage location,

10 EA of A is confirmed at plant level, since storage location 1 and special storage location are both under same plant.

But I want to the AV check behaves like this,

When material A and order qty 10 are input in SO, without entering storage location,

0 EA of A is confirmed. Qty in special storage location is not considered in plant level checking.

When material A and order qty 10 are input in SO, this time, special storage location is entered,

10 EA of A is confirmed.

Is it possible? Thanks.

Remone tickmark of No storage location inspection

Also

keep MRP Indicator column BLANK

But if "no storage location inspection" is checked, all storage locations are not considered, and stock will be checked at plant level only.

In my case, I want to exclude a particular storage location only. And also the stock in special location will not be taken into account during plant level checking.
