Dear Experts,
I have a scenario in my project.
At time of Incoming inspection(01) : we tested MIC1 , MIC2 , MIC3
At time of Production(03) : We tested MIC4, MIC5 , MIC6
At time Confirmation from Production(04) : MIC7, MIC8, MIC9
At time of inspection at delivery (10) : MIC10, MIC11
Now Certificate of Analysis issued at time of delivery should contain MICs as follows:
MIC1
MIC3
MIC6
MIC7
MIC9
MIC10
MIC11
Please suggest how to map the scenarios.
Thanks
Craete certificate profile assign MICs which are to be populated on COA with respective inspection lot origen
Example MIC1 - Lot origen (01)
MIC4 - Lot origen (03)
-
in Certificate profile .
COA will pull all above MICs and values from Respective inspection lots , from production Chain and populate in COA.

This is standard functionality in SAP. If you are using batches, then in the Cert profile, list the general characteristics you want reported on the COA and simply select for each characteristic that the result should be coming from the batch record.
The COA is usually printed at time of picking or PGI.
The only time the COA has to use MIC's are if you are using type 10 inspection lots to inspect at time of delivery.

Sure. you can pull the results from an inspection lot. Since you aren't batch managed, the only type of reliable inspection lot you can use is inspection type 10 with delivery. The system will create an inspection lot for the delivery. Results are recorded in the lot. This is often used for filling bulk trucks or rail cars for delviery from a bulk tank.

Design a FORM which wil contain all the MIC's which you want & results as you want.
attach the same to the certificate profile.
or
customized your own tcode which will give you out as you want. You can use table
