is it possible to post PO and GL Posting to WBS with out Budget.

reason for both the case ( if possible or if not possible).

It is possible.

To generate PO and post a GR, you require an account assignment.

To make a GL posting, you require a CO object.

The WBS element can be used in both the case irrespective of whether it has budget or not as it is a CO object and can be used as account assignment.

Hi,

Please check the other threads releated to this question.

Please understand why we are using Budgeting Functionality in projects...

You can post without budgeting but there will no control on cost overrun.

Also note that Budgeting is not mandatory for RA
