Installation of Business Suite 7 for ERP

Hi Friends,

I need ur suggestions and support for installation of Business Suite 7 for ERP

My client requirement is,

They need installing Bussiness Suite 7 components (CRM,SRM,SCM,PLM) in single server.

Is its possible,

HI,

Each SAP Component is having its own resource requirements. Please read their corresponding Installation Guides to get information about H/w and S/w requirements.

Nowadays use of Virtualization technology is in more demand.

hi,

If your requirement is to install all business suite 7 components in ERP 6.0 EHP4 system then it is not possible.

You have to install separate system for CRM, SCM, PLM etc.

Technically - yes.

From an administration point of view this will be a nightmare.

Hi,

With [MCOD Installation |http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/dbos?rid=/webcontent/uuid/80d0613c-b806-2a10-2891-aae5bbcd1a79] [original link is broken]; (Multiple Components in One Database), You can install multiple SAP systems in a single database.

Calculation of Total CPU Usage, Memory & Disk Space requirement for individual SAP system component, play important roles with MCOD installation. Upon Database failure, all SAP System will get affected, which is a measure drawback of MCOD Installation.Please refer corresponding Installation guide to get more information.

I have one solution,but i don't know it is Rite or not.

First i plan to install ERP 6 EHP4 SR1 then,

in the time of Post Installation Activities I Planned for install Add-ons for CRM SCM SRM PLM components in ERP System

Is it possible.,

Technically it's possible but it requires a BIG machine and good planning.

if using MCOD every component will be in diff GUI it will not in Single GUI.

This is not possible.

This will be the case anyway, on one machine or on several.
