Dear all,

When we do any rejection Usage decision, where can we enter the reason for it and is there any standard report can we see the reason .

Hi

Generally for 122 mvt type ( & not UD code) system prompt to enter the "Reason for rejection"

This can be seen in MB51 >enter 122 mvt type>f8>contolshiftf12>select layout with "reason for mvt"

This will solve your problem

Basically reason for rejection are nothing but defects seen in material.

u can create defects in QS41 and assign it to inspection lot in defects tab while taking rejection ud.

Hi,

You can either use the long text for usage decision button to store this information and then retrieve it via the function module READ_TEXT. Or i presume once you reject the stock you post the stock to blocked stock, therefore you could use the stock posting text to enter the reason. To do this click on the document button next to the blocked stock posting option.
