Roadmap Accelerators URL

Hi,

I generate a URL for an Accelerator.

When i use the URL for the first time, it displays the below error.

NO INFO OBJECT FOUND FOR THE SPECIFIED CONTEXT 

Again, when i use the *URL second time*, it prompts for Login and loads the Document.

Same problem exist for all URLs i generate for accelerator.

How to avoid this error.

Hi Rajeev,

We could able to view the accelerators in RMMAIN and in RMAUTH.

Problem is, when i generate the URL for the accelerator in RMAUTH, and when i use it in browser for the first time, it throws the above stated error. Again, when i use the URL for the second time, It provides login and on providing it, it loads the Doc.

Hi Waseem,

This error can occur if the accelerator is not able to retrieve the relvant document. could u please check whether ur document context is properly created in ur system? U can check that in SPRO. Under Document Management-> Knowledge Warehouse Options.

Hi Rajeev,

Context are correct. If its wrong, it should keep on throwing the same error.

But here, it pops error only for the first time.. When URL used again for 2nd time, it loads doc...
