SAP merger

Hi Friends

One of the company example ABC Ltd. acquired (buy) 4 new companies. ABC Ltd which already has SAP. Some of the products of acquired companies are same and some are different. Now ABC Ltd wants SAP in newly acquired company also.

ABC Ltd. has only one sales area, one Plant, one pricing procedure only. Company decided we will create only one deivision for first acquired company and one more division for another acquired company. They want to keep same Sales organization channel, Distribution Channel, plant company code, pricing procedure.

My question how we should start this type of project, what would be the phases, how many types of documents would be prepared.

Hi Kapil

It is not repeated. Please read the question CAREFULLY. Earlier we don't know how to start project BUT now company has make decision that all the organizational units will be same, there we will merge acquired company products and customer mater in our existing master data (Add-on), we will create additional one Divition for each acuired company.
