Hi all

I am working on bill of services in SD

I am planning service lines for a dummy material in SD line item

The services need to be created into PR and PO

As per sap, in tran BOSMM , we can give sales document number and create PR , PO for sales document service line items

But I am unable to get the button EXECUTION SERVICES in tran BOSMM

Any one has worked on this kind of scenerio ?

Hi

We installed EHP4 PACKAGE and I got execution services button in BOSMM tran.

1st it was EHP3

Please let me know if we haven't installed Ehp3 or Ehp4, execution services button in BOSMM tran. will not appear? Since we are also planning to go with BOS.

Do you PS integration with BOS, if so please throw light on the integration point also to be clear in the process.

You have to activate the DIMP package, which is an Industry solution first to get BOS on ur Easy Access Screen.

EHP3 and EHP4 are nothing but enhancements provided by SAP.

Once these enhancements are installed, you will get the transaction code in the sales order.

Hi,

You can just determine TAS item category for u r service item, in sales order and save it

Sytem will genrate PR for this item category

In change mode >>> at schedule line tab you can view the number of PR

Then Why u need to create PR or PO for sales order document ????? If it is available through sales order.

Actually Iam using item catagory QBOS ( which is delivered by sap for BOS functionality specially)

My document type is qbos

I am creating quation for constrction indusery which has thousand services.At quatation phase (if i use QBOS item catagory) It is possible to create easy cost planning in sales document (quatation)

Process is

Create a quatation with document type qbos

Maintain line item as dummy material in quatation

In quatation , there is a button for services (if you activated DIMP PACKAGE ) BY clicking it i am going directly to easy cost planning in sales document

There i plan services ,just like Model service specification in MM

Means for one SDline item i am planning thousand of services

If I use Item catagory TAS it is not possible to do cost planning in quatation

For these services I want RFQ for vendersso i need to create PR for these services.

Hi,

I am also working in EC&O BOS, encountering so many errors while executing the process.

For your query, i would suggest you to check whether you have maintained the Sub contractor group in the service line or not.

I guess that might cause this problem. is it possible to contact you?
